چکیده

Grid interconnected multi-microgrids provides potential benefits to the consumers, where microgrids (MGs) equipped with distributed generators (DGs), energy storage systems (ESSs), and diesel generators. However, intermittency of DGs, high cost ESSs, depleting fossil fuels are major challenges for economic operation multi-microgrids. One way address these is develop an management strategy (EMS) grid This paper proposes EMS reduce consumer consumption (ECC) using fuzzy-based peer-to-peer (P2P) exchange algorithm dynamic pricing. In this context, MGs consumers load power demand (LPD) DGs output behaviors modeled random vector functional link network approach predict future time slot values. A Multi-Agent Based Approach for Energy Management in Microgrids

A shift to a decentralized power generation mainly based on Renewable Energy Sources (RESs) is essential to meet the climate protection goals of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The fluctuating generation of RESs poses challenges for the stability of the electrical grid. Therefore, energy management systems (EMSs) are essential to cope with the volatility of RESs through an intelligent coordi...

Incentivizing Energy Trading for Interconnected Microgrids

In this paper, we study the interactions among interconnected autonomous microgrids, and develop a joint energy trading and scheduling strategy. Each interconnected microgrid not only schedules its local power supply and demand, but also trades energy with other microgrids in a distribution network. Specifically, microgrids with excessive renewable generations can trade with other microgrids in...

Decentralized Control Strategy for Optimal Energy Management in Grid-Connected and Islanded DC Microgrids

This paper proposes a decentralized control technique to minimize the total operation cost of a DC microgrid in both grid-connected and islanded modes. In this study, a cost-based droop control scheme based on the hourly bids of all participant distributed generators (DGs) and the hourly energy price of the utility is presented. An economic power sharing technique among various types of DG unit...

Overview of Multi-Agent Approach for Micro-Grid Energy Management

As the power generation paradigm is going green by involvement of renewable energy sources, the energy management process also has to evolve towards new more powerful, intelligent control methods. The inter-connection of a large number of renewable energy sources to the grid, along with their obvious advantages, makes the grid highly distributed. This may cause problems of efficient control, st...
